About The Math Ministry 

The Math Ministry, a not-for-profit organization, seeks to enhance student learning and spiritual development. Its core mission  is:

"To provide a faith-based educational platform that helps students deepen their understanding of mathematical concepts through interactive teaching and assessment strategies that incorporate Bible stories, scripture, and art."

The Math Ministry's motto "Christ Can!"  translates to  the mathematical equation  FAITH + MATH = SUCCESS  (Faith and Math Equal Success (F.A.M.E.S)) and this involves: 

Combining Faith and Learning: This program seeks to integrate faith and education. Just as faith provides strength and motivation in life, it can also inspire a positive attitude toward learning math.

Building Confidence: Faith can instil confidence in students' abilities to tackle challenging math concepts. This can help reduce anxiety and foster a growth mindset.

Community and Support: There exists a supportive community within the Math Ministry that encourages students to explore and excel in math, reminding them they're not alone in their learning journey.

Holistic Development: This initiative focuses not just on mathematical skills but on overall personal development that includes moral values, perseverance, and problem-solving skills grounded in faith and relevant for living a victorious life.

Curriculum Integration: Our resources and lessons incorporate biblical principles and stories to make math more relatable and engaging for students. This can help to effectively bridge the gap between faith and academics.
